The Delhi Development Authority has been providing safe and economic home options from buyers across LIG, MIG and HIG income groups. The DDA holds the responsibility to offer homes for a whooping the 12.8 million residents of the capital city.
The most recent and much awaited 2019 scheme announced by the DDA plans to offer properties. The most amazing part of the scheme the allotment is on a first come first serve basis, online. The apartments under the 2019 scheme are available in the following locations:
  • Narela G-2 – Approximately 250 apartments, one bedroom flats with a tentative carpet area of 25.099 to 25.302 sq. Meters.
  • Narela G-8 – Around 600 one bedroom flats with approximate carpet are of 25.099 to 25.302 sq. Meters
  • Siraspur – Around 300 one-room apartments with an average carpet area of 23.90 sq. Meters.
  • Ramgarh Colony – Around 125 single bedroom apartments with a carpet area of around 19.58 sq. Meters.The new DDA Housing Scheme does not lay an income eligibility criteria. The procedure is online and quick. The applicant needs to fill an application on DDA’s official website, select the preferred residential unit and deposit the application fee. The unit gets reserved for the applicant once payment is completed.
